Do I need to make an appointment? We welcome all walk-ins, but we recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service ending at the scheduled time.
Should I arrive early to my appointment? Yes, please arrive 5–10 minutes early if you're a new client, and 5 minutes early if you're a regular. This allows time for paperwork and ensures you receive the full treatment. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled treatment time.
What if I arrive late? If you're late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments. You'll be responsible for the full session fee regardless of the treatment length.
Can a minor receive a service? Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Only clients receiving services are allowed in spa areas. Children over 14 may receive a service when accompanied by an adult.
What if I have a medical condition? Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you're pregnant when scheduling your treatment. Our staff will tailor your experience to meet your needs. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns regarding spa treatments.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment for no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours incur a 30% service fee. No-shows are charged 40% of the appointment fee.
Why does the booking website need my credit card? Your card is used to secure your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment, unless it's a no-show or late cancellation.
