We welcome ALL Walk-ins but we also recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available. If cancellation is necessary, a 24 hour notification is required to avoid any fee. If you are late to your appointment, your service will be shortened and end at the scheduled time.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment if you are brand new client to our spa and 5 minutes if you are a regular client. You may also fill out paperwork prior to your treatment. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time in consideration of the next client.
You are very important to us, and we strive to make your experience a great one. If you are running late or arrive late for your service, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments scheduled behind yours. Depending upon the time you for your service, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to provide the service. If service is performed regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the "full" session.
Clients under the age of 18 require written consent from their parent or legal guardian.
Only clients receiving spa services will be allowed in the spa areas. Only Children over the age of 14 may receive a service when accompanied by an adult.
When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our service providers should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our staff will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please consult a doctor.
You may cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment for no fee. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment there is a 15% service fee. If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged 40% of your appointment fee.
NO! Nothing will be charged to your card until AFTER your appointment has been completed and that is the method of payment that you have chosen to pay with. The credit card is used only to save your appointment time. It will only be charge in the event of a no show or early cancelation.
